João Francisco Santos
Born in Porto, Portugal, in 1966.
At the age of 9 started musical studies in classical guitar
Later discovered electric bass and with the approach to jazz started studying double bass. He has participated in several bands and projects from classical to metal.
Gangrena, El Rincón Del Filin or Boiar are some of the projects he was involved.
In the present time he loops double bass and upright sounds with gadgets and makes collaborations with Boiar.
He is developing the astronota project for live performance and sound experimentation.
